The federal government said it will conduct on Wednesday afternoon a nationwide test of its Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alerts. The EAS portion of the test will send an emergency alert to all radios and televisions, while the WEA portion of the test will direct alerts to all consumer cell phones.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through April 26 at 9:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

No, he's right. In the treatment center I attended, there were a handful of "burner phones". As an aside, I can only imagine what the dope man dealt with. The guy I did business with had THREE phones at all times.
However, TC's statement pisses me off to no end. Domestic violence is a hot button issue for me as my wife went through it with her ex. I can't stand woman, child and animal beaters.

Not at all. We've actually done a few projects for various prison systems to setup "fake" towers to see the locations of phones that connected to them and also put scanners up that would locate a phones signal within 10' or so by directly observing the transmitter.
Found quite a few that way. What would be truly valuable would be to trace how the phone got there to begin with.
