Stations with the largest/eclectic playlists

Post by radioandtventhusiast » Sat Jun 25, 2022 6:25 pm

Which stations do you think have the largest or most eclectic playlists?

I think CKWW is probably one of the best oldies stations I've ever heard, and the CanCon makes it all the better. Try hearing Chilliwack or "I'm a Stranger Here" by Five Man Electrical Band on any American Station.

Both Canadian groups also hit the Billboard Hot 100 Charts!! The song "Werewolf" by Five Man Electrical Band in 1974 was their last swan song in U.S. while Chilliwack "What'cha Gonna Do?" in late 1982 what their last swan song in U.S.. Chilliwack's "Look In, Look Out" album from 1984 & the song "Don't Stop" wasn't released in the U.S..

I think they're the stalest they've sounded in years. Not a single new song on there.

Depends what you mean by eclectic. There are many stations that play everything from late-60s to today. Rock, country, R&B, etc.
