New NCE FM window
Re: New NCE FM window
I’m not understanding how 90.1 in Allen Park is even workable with CBE at 89.9 just across the river. Could someone explain that one.
Re: New NCE FM window
Many mutually exclusive applications can be resolved with the use of DAs. The "short spacing" situation with Canadian allotments is resolved by contour overlap elimination with DAs and ERP/HAAT, and now sometimes multiple interference ratio determinations near the border, which is how CBEF 540, WRDT 560, and CKWW 580 were allowed.
Here is more information on the WVBI-LP upgrade. It's 3000 watts. Not sure where to find more right now.
