Salem's 92.7 is worse than WMUZ in that regard, Chris. I think Bob Dutko is a good broadcaster personally. 92.7 airs some nutjob weeknights around 10PM. BBN or VCY gaining 93.1 would've been a horrible outcome. I don't know enough about AFR to form an opinion. With Beasley's and Audacy's cash issues...

WDKL sold for $12.5 million about four years ago. I believe WDMK + a few translators sold for $13 million or $14 million around the same time.

Name one station in the market that isn't a niche station. WOMC and WNIC each have 800,000+ unique listeners in the course of a given week (used to be closer to a million). In fairness, 93.1 has been country for nearly 10 years. Pure Country 89 flipped less than 3 years ago.
