Exactly. Toledo is below market 100 now, so we're absolutely stuck. Neither ifart nor Cume-u-less is going to invest anything in their properties OR be able to sell them. Be happy with the few stations like XKR that haven't been totally run into the ground yet.

Yep, toledonewsnow.com now redirects to wtol.com, there seems to be a quickly-slapped together website for Fox 36 at foxtoledo.revrocket.us.
