Incoming long rant… After watching CBS Detroit for over two months. I see no difference between Fox2, WXYZ or WDIV. That looks professional. The Detroit set reminds me of a high school newsroom especially how the weather is presented on set.

After watching multiple times, they need to close off the set. The people walking and moving behind the desk anchors are too distracting and you can tell they feel awkward when they have ti get up and go somewhere in a live shot.

Who ever designed and approved this set needs to be fired!
