The company moving production to Mexico is Carrier, for the record.

Re: 'Pub Debate

Interesting...now Cruz is drawing some boos. He also just spoke in Spanish. I'm not making this up.

Cruz referred to the audience as "the donor class."

Re: 'Pub Debate

The CBS folks have asked some outstanding questions tonight.

Trump went overboard in his criticism of "W." To say he should've been impeached is not going to play well with many GOP voters.

Re: BREAKING: Justice Scalia dies during hunting trip

Obama earned the right to nominate justices during his entire Presidential term, not just some of it. Should *all* matters before Congress be put on hold until the new President takes office? Irresponsible statements such as those made by McConnell could compel Obama to make a recess appointment, wh...

Re: BREAKING: Justice Scalia dies during hunting trip

I completely disagree with waiting until the next President takes the oath of office to select a new justice. Doing so would be an abdication of constitutional duty. It's not as if we're days away from the general election. November is still many months away. If the nominee that President Obama puts...

Re: BREAKING: Justice Scalia dies during hunting trip

I didn't always agree with the guy, but he was true to his principles.

His passing will have tremendous implications on public policy.

Bernie Sanders to host rally in Ypsi on President's Day

He'll be hosting a rally at the ridiculously oversized and underused EMU Convocation Center:

Is this Sanders' first campaign stop in Michigan?

Re: Dan Leach

To answer your question - yes, he is definitely the worst....EVER.

John Lund, Eric Pate, the "Mega Man" and Eli Zaret were all kinds of awful, but Leach is in a class all by himself.

Re: Carson Open To VP with Trump...

Carson would be a miserable VP candidate. Trump needs someone with Washington or gubernatorial experience for that post.

Re: New Hampshire primary predictions

Good analysis, Bryce. Thanks for posting that info. The spending differences are highly interesting.

I agree with your assessment. Cruz is in fine shape and has a good chance of making it to the convention.

Re: New Hampshire primary predictions

New Hampshire loves populists; social conservatives almost always do poorly there. Cruz performed to expectations. If he places first or a respectable second in SC, he'll be fine. Ben Carson's showing was so abysmal that the media have moved on to other things. They are not even wasting a single bre...

Re: New Hampshire primary predictions

Indeed, Rubio's disappointing showing will be a big story. He'll survive, though.

Bush looks to have done well enough to continue. There's some life left.

Christie and Fiorina are toast. Carson's numbers are horrific.

Re: New Hampshire primary predictions

Gigantic turnout in New Hampshire; some of the lines at polling stations were massive!!!

Not a surprise that Trump and Sanders won given the turnout.

Based on early returns, BMW's predictions might wind up being very close to the actual percentages!
