Any change would be good change but Cumulus has beat these stations so far into the ground that it would be tough to get them out of the hole. I would love to see Cumulus break apart and have local or regional owners step in to make some of these stations profitable again.

I worked in that building in late '90s early 2000s, would have loved to have been there during it's hayday. Anyone have any pictures of what it used to look like? Also, what kind of shape is the old WSPD building on Oregon road in?

I think I know the answer to this but I figured I'd ask. Does anyone have contact info for whoever owns the building? If they're gutting it I'd like to see if they're selling some old studio equipment.
