I can think of no reason not to play the other kids.
If I was a parent I would ask the coach to explain his rationale.
These are young kids. It's not high school, college or the NFL.

Re: History of Election Deniers in the Democrat party: 2000 edition
"Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd,” she instructed. “And you push back on them! And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere!” ...

Re: Stanford UCLA Game Empty
I didn't watch the game but I think attendance was listed as just under 44,000.
I know the NCAA allows tickets sold to count toward attendance whether that sold ticket shows up at the game or not.
I assume your 3,000 number was hyperbole. Otherwise that's a lot of no shows.

Re: Mugging in the Michigan tunnel
What I don't understand is how that one Michigan player was in the tunnel at that point in a sea of white?

Re: Mugging in the Michigan tunnel
I only listen to the show for 6-10 minutes a day. But I thought Monday was all NFL and they saved college for Tuesday. Am I delusional?

Re: Paul Pelosi Brutally Attacked
In the 911 Tape, the dispatcher says that Paul Pelosi implied that he knew the intruder, that he was named David, and that he was "a friend". I wonder if this may be connected to Paul Pelosi's accident. Wasn't there a passenger in Paul Pelosi's car? IF that is true then the cops response for both t...

I'm no expert but a judge can absolutely reject a plea agreement.

Re: Whitmer considers phased minimum wage increase
Let me start with disclaimers: 1. I am offering personal opinions based on personal observation 2. My observations are anecdotal and mostly from Ann Arbor, Pittsfield Township, Ypsilanti Township, and the various Grosse Pointes. Actually it’s a real question. If you can make $13 an hour so easily th...

Re: Whitmer considers phased minimum wage increase
I would agree the whole tipping thing should just go away. But it just seems to be getting bigger with tip jars everywhere that didn't used to be. But it's the system we have and I will continue to tip 20%-25% in a restaurant. When we get gift cards from the kids to eat out I might tip 50% since the...

Re: Whitmer considers phased minimum wage increase
These days with fast food places paying nearly $15 an hour how many people actually work for minimum wage and what's wrong with them? Restaurant workers and really any workers of the tip receiving variety make $3 or something an hour and make it up in tips. We still have to have people like that em...

Re: Digital license plates?
I could see a lot of benefits of this. Too often I see beat up plates that peeled and you can hardly read the plates. For some reason people choose not to replace them. But I think for these digital plates it would depend on how well they hold up in the harsh winters. Michigan makes you change your...

Re: Digital license plates?
Not sure how these work but is it hypothetically possible somebody could hack something, change the plate, commit a crime of some sort then change the plate back? A digital version of stealing a plate?
To answer the question I might pay $20 a year but not $20 a month.
