Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers
It's appearing the name Darnell Earley is popping up more-n-more. Not only related to the Flint water problem, his name is also tied into the Detroit Public Schools... and getting traced back to Saginaw issues as well. One of the cops' unions gave Darnell their Horse's Ass of the year award when he...

Re: Officially less than a year of Obama left!
As much as I think that this topic is a pleasant thought it still makes me think of the phrase, "The devil you know is better then the devil you don't."

Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers
He's had more then four years to do something about all of it. He did right with the Detroit EM and bankruptcy and there's been time to continue the rest of the work. DWSD had tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars in unpaid bills with Flint on the system and, as far as we know so far, there ha...

Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers
After looking at the conditions in some of the Detroit schools in news stories about the teacher sickouts... it seems almost safe to say the gov. doesn't put much attention toward ineligible voters. As in those under the age of 18.

Re: Being pro-police
Seems like you're having difficulty refuting logic. No, I'm fine. When a journalist is getting paid by an organization and then does positive stories on said organization, that's called payola (See George Stephanopoulos). Feel free to defend this practice. Get some harder proof then making assumpti...

Re: Being pro-police
A chance for me to ask the professionals..... when a news anchor, whether its this guy in Flint, or a national guy reads a story from the teleprompter who wrote the words? 90% of the time its a producer (the person that puts the show together) or a writer. In some shops anchors can also produce and...

Re: Being pro-police
A journalist should be objective. He/She should tell a fair and balanced not only in the selection of a story, but in the telling of a story. I don't see that with... blah, blah, blah. Same old shit, nit-pick and bitch about the same old station. You have some personal beef with WEYI that you've be...
