This guy is completely disorganized and in a state of disarray. He was supposed to have settled on something in Livonia but last report was he is still searching. His restaurants are dives and typically do not have a long shelf life.

Ron never stated any reasons for the "no show" by Mr. Fenech. I have a feeling that Ron is completely disorganized and screws up the dates and times himself and then rambles on blaming the guest.
