WSAM 1400 just fired up a new FM Translator on 92.3 FM in Saginaw. Looks to be on WKCQs tower. So now.... "The Bay" format can be heard at AM 1400/92.3FM in Saginaw and on 104.1 FM Linwood/Bay City. Christmas Music is the format at this time.
