WJEB 1350 in Gladwin is another. They've got some record surveys from the mid-'70s published on ARSA and they looked pretty darn professional for such a small town. Here's an aircheck of Solid Gold as it was heard on WDBR-FM in Springfield, IL in 1972. (A year later the station was programming Stereo Rock, and they've been Top 40/CHR ever since.)
