WJRT's signal on WSBF ATSC 3.0 is very glitchy, especially during newscasts.

Their ATSC 1.0 signal is just as glitchy, and since they are likely simply uploading that same signal to be re-transmitted via ATSC 3.0, that's probably why.

Wffc 17.2 is a very low powered station. WAQP is much higher power, and can reach farther. I expect 17.2 will drop it soon, for something else HC2 can get cheap.
