thanks for the compliments on ontario's roads, but the provincially-maintained roads here in southwestern ontario are often pretty cracked and pothole-filled (Highways 3, 77 and Highway 401 east of Tilbury)... especially the municipally-owned roads in Windsor. Those are becoming like Detroit's. thou...
