He asked that I call in so I said sure. Despite trying to transition to Detroit sports numerous times, he kept steering it the other way.

I've heard from the man himself that Tracewski is on today and McClain tomorrow. We'll see if that still holds true. Keeping a long-discussed promise of Tracewski potentially. Even though it's been more than a "couple weeks"

I talked to Ron yesterday..Ike Blessitt apparently called Ron back and asked if he still wanted him to come on the show still. So that's this weekend's guest. I'm looking at doing the show on the 21st to preview football and the stretch run in baseball.

I appreciate the interest in his show, good, bad or indifferent each week. The fact that Ron knows about it means even though he doesn't like the criticism, he understands more people are listening. As many others have said, the ads should be easier to sell now!

Some breaking news..Denny is on tonight. Hasn't been able to get ahold of Maltby, who apparently knew it was a holiday weekend and said he was available because of that.
