WRIF is getting it taken to them on 2 fronts.

Even though 89X isnt in the ratings with WRIF playing Floyd/Petty will push more lsiteners to a pure active rock of 89X and listeners looking for an alternative to WRIF have taken to WLLZ.

WRIF has a hard balancing act to overcome.

It seems so circular, people only recognize a handful of artists and songs, so that’s all that is played, so those become the only songs people hear, therefore the only ones people recognize anymore. I really like the imaging of WLLZ and the tires squealing and all that.This is the motorcity of coarse and also the tightness of the sweepers to the music no dead air.
