Re: A Letter to Dan Miller

I believe that is correct.

In terms of employment opportunities, U-M doesn't discriminate against MSU folks. :)

Re: Ann Arbor Knife Attacks

After doing more research, $1.5 million is relatively reasonable when compared against other examples I found.

There are first degree murder suspects in some southern states who were only required to post $250,000 or even only a $100,000 bond.

Re: Detroit Tigers 2024

Uggggghhh!

Leave it to the Tigers to give up only 3 hits yet still find a way to lose the ball game.

Bond should've been denied for this dangerous thug. What on earth is wrong with these judges?!!!

Re: Detroit Tigers 2024

Wow - the Mets stink. They are 0-5 to start the season!

The Tigers definitely have an easy schedule to start the season.

Very happy with the 5-0 start.

Seldom missed opening day when I lived in Michigan. I remember snow flurries, games cancelled and played the next day, biting cold. I honestly don't remember a warm one.
I was there in either 2005 or 2006. It was 68 degrees and partly cloudy at 1:05 PM that day. :)

Re: A Letter to Dan Miller

When has he worked as a sports anchor / journalist at WWJ? He's solely been a play-by-play man in the 25 years I've lived on this side of the state. So, no conflict exists. Larry Henry 25+ years ago did sports reports at WWJ + some Pistons radio play by play. One could certainly argue Doug "Marlboro...

Re: A Letter to Dan Miller

Dan's employment as the Lions PBP man is a major journalistic conflict of interest.

If he were a true professional, he'd resign from one of his two jobs.

Re: IDF bombs the World Central Kitchen

What's so stupid about this war is Israel won't be "safe" if Hamas is eliminated from Gaza. There are plenty of terrorist cells elsewhere within striking distance of Israel. There are also places in the Middle East where I presume Hamas officials (for lack of a better descriptor) can hide & seek ref...

Remember the creepy, lewd letter Jennifer wrote to Trump during his first campaign?

Completely in character for her now that we know she gave blowjobs in Costco's parking lot.

Re: Yammies aren't built so well these days...

I called the repair shop on Saturday. He's not done looking at it yet. He said to call back next Tuesday. (The shop is only open three days a week.) I'm going to keep my new Denon. I'll only have him repair the Yamaha if it can be done at a price where I can make a profit selling the unit on eBay.

I'm a little surprised they made a matching offer to Wright, but I have no issue with them doing so. I like having depth.

A wild grey wolf was killed near Battle Creek of all places!!!

I remember when DNR denied for years the existence of cougar sightings in the state and the existence of black bear sightings in southern Michigan. They eventually were forced to admit they were wrong in both instances. This time - they cannot deny the grey wolf sighting in Calhoun County. Why? Simp...

The text in the blue bar is correct. The channel numbers appearing below the logos? Not so much. 😉
