Re: Are You OK With Banks Helping Government Spy On Loyal Citizens?
You have quite the imagination. Give the tabloids a rest. Since we think this is likely Audiophile, he's probably getting his concerns directly from his warped Evangelistic view's of God. I left the mega banks for a credit union over 30+ years ago and haven't looked back. As for Ben Zonia being Aud...

Re: WWJ - AccuWeather's Carl Babinski, R.I.P
Oh no! I sometimes twist the dial across the AM band late at night. Always found it amusing to hear Carl Babinski on WWJ, then on WBBM, WINS, WBZ, KYW and a few others, giving those local markets' forecasts within a few minutes of each other. Always opened with "Early on this __day morning......

Re: People Just Don't Like Piling On
That is a big factor in Trump's support. Dumb motherfuckers love him, and everyone who supports him is one. I couldn't agree more! Apparently, the same is true for Georgie Bush. He was at a library dedication ceremony, and when asked by a reporter "What's your favorite book?" he replied, "Oh, I don...

Re: People Just Don't Like Piling On
If I learned anything from PE, before a football was thrown at my head, caused a concussion, and I transferred into a school that exempted me from PE with another physical activity, I learned that people don't like piling on, in football, politics, the workplace, message boards, and anything else. ...

Re: 2024 Primary Results Thread
I'll get flamed for saying this. But I see Trump's logic in sitting out the debates as long as he's so far ahead in the polls. Why take a chance of putting his foot in his mouth? Because he won't. Look at how he's worshipped and defended on this board alone. There's a lot more around the country. F...

Re: Ron Cameron
With Ron living like a gypsy, in one motel after another, I wonder, did he have to jettison all of the sports memorabilia he accumulated over the years, or does he have it in a storage unit somewhere? Imagine, having to live in some roadside flea circus motel at Ron's age...and being a man of his st...

Birdies are flying around my head...Hey the wind, when you jump out that window, don't forget to break a leg! Very amusing. :smokin Both you and I know, old Joe is just one tumbl...

Re: RIP 1470
WWJ 950 is doing a lot more Traffic and Temperature reports and other stories from the Flint Area. Their 5 mV/m City Grade predicted contour reaches Southern Genesee County. The predicted WFDF 5 mV/m covers all of Flint. The TOH ID could also reflect the call letters-Farmington Hills-Detroit-Flint....

Re: Feds to ban funny state-owned road signs
MAGAts are too dumb to realize they're driving in the ditch... Trump voters are stupid? Great! Then I guess you would be all in favor of requiring voters to pass a rudimentary civics exam prior to casting their ballot? Absolutely... his vote total would easily decrease. Joe Biden would never pass.....

Over 1,100 pages in this piece of useless legislation. Just goes to show you what a bunch of humorless, unsmiling, negative nancies we have in charge.

Dammit. I always wanted that job. Who the hell gets paid to sit around and think these up? Don't be an ass, drive slow not fast If you get road head, you could wind up dead Don't beat your meat in the driver's seat Don't be a clown, turn your radio down I mean, imagine making a living off this stuf...

Re: Feds to ban funny state-owned road signs
I think reading something stupid like, "Mask up, and stay safe!" on I-95 in Virginia when the road is closed ahead, stranding unsuspecting motorists for 27 hours, is much more egregious. It might as well have read "Ease up on the throttle, when you're sippin' on that bottle" Why? Because it offends...
