WHNE-LD that actually tries ends up on RF 3 where many people won't even be able to pick them up. But WHPS, WUDT, WDWO, WLPC, and WULD all have better RF channels but I always delete them from my channel list.

WLPC has moved from 40 to 28

WTVS is RF 43 and can't move or test on RF 20 till WHNE moves off RF 20 to RF 3

Sounds like your antenna doesn't have good Hi VHF elements (RF 7-13). As for network switching I don't see the point now that channel numbers are virtual, Fox switched channels because it didn't want it's stations out in the UHF range, they wanted to be in the VHF range with the other major networks...

Mike Halloran is one of my favorite DJs of all time, once I discovered him late night on WDET I followed him from radio station to radio station till he moved out west. I even remember during the early days of 88.7 "the Cutting Edge of Rock" there would be on air segments where he and Greg St. James...

I have a DVR that I can manually scan channels, so far nothing on 3 so far.

WXYZ is testing on channel 25.1, just a test pattern and tone.
