No sign yet as to what will be found on 107.5 FM after the clock strikes Midnight.

This web page looks pretty out-of-date:

Only two concerts are listed on the events page:

Re: Massive WOMC interference in Brighton

I'm pleased to report your images are now displaying properly, Chris.

I do apologize for the earlier display issues; it was a function of my SSL and security header settings. My new security suite is much more robust than my old one, and I'm learning some things via trial-and-error.

Re: Cuts at Beasley Detroit

I'll be honest - more often than not, I've not been terribly impressed by Pennington's programming abilities. I still remember the extended stretches where WRIF's audio processing sounded absolutely miserable! The brand imaging isn't very creative (and hasn't been for many years). There've been stre...

Re: Scripps is in trouble yet again for workplace harassment!

There is a LOT of document discovery going on, and it also appears a boatload of depositions have taken place:

Looks like the case isn't going away anytime soon.

Re: How to fix CNN

Here's what I want to see on CNN: - Lots of on-the-scene reporting from both the U.S. and around the world; - A news oriented talk show with a studio audience in the 4PM hour. - A financial markets wrap-up show in the 5PM hour. - A politics show in the 6PM hour. - A good, honest newscast in the 7PM ...

Re: Posting Photos

I've been playing around with firewall and server settings.

Now, your first image is invisible again.

Update - now I can see your first image again! :) (Turning off "additional security headers" in my Firewall did the trick.)

Re: Scripps is in trouble yet again for workplace harassment!

Scripps may have been (and probably was) an outstanding company for many years!

However, the Malcom Maddox scandal and now the the WTMJ scandal certainly paint an ugly picture of the current state of affairs.

Re: Posting Photos

Wow - this is screwy!

I can now see your image (the WB frog) in the opening post, but now I'm unable to see the image in your most recent post, Turkeytop.

If I were 106.7 WLLZ, I'd hire Anne Carlini in a heartbeat.

Re: Cuts at Beasley Detroit

Good lord... I hope we aren't stuck with the god awful Jade in middays at WRIF! Even worse...might Dahmer slide over from WCSX? I'm surprised WRIF and WCSX maintained separate PDs for as long as they did, especially given Tarrants' long tenure programming WGRD.. I think Donielle Flynn should take ov...

Re: Only the Lions

We beat Green Bay both times last season. Yeah, that great momentum really carried over into this season, didn't it? Not to mention it would have been a nice consolation prize for the die-hard fans who watched them every week through their terrible losing streak. You call them "die-hard fans." I cal...

Re: To anyone who liked the Blake Griffin trade...

Blake's been shooting great from the field lately! What was he - 2 of 14 the other night? And I think he was 2-17 or 2-18 the game before that? His knee is shot. He's toast. The guy's a gamer; I respect him for that. However, he needs to do the right thing for the team and for this city's fans and R...

Re: Only the Lions

Playing to win is downright stupid when (a) your W-L record is going to be total garbage regardless and (b) it could cause you to slide down several pegs on the draft board in the first round. Besides, "garbage time" is the perfect time to give young bench players much needed in-game experience. A h...

Re: Posting Photos

You can post all the beer pics you want so long as they are remotely hosted on a server that uses SSL (which can be discerned via usage of "https://" as opposed to "http://" in the image location URL).

I'm still searching for a solution that will permit non-https images to pass through.
