Re: Possible FM Pirate in Windsor?

I tuned in for a good 20 minutes... it's possible it's a Part-15/ICES-003 transmitter... there was no static at all... I even checked if it was a harmonic from CJAH-FM 90.5, which broadcast less than half a mile from atop an apartment building... but the songs were different... Ohhh right I forgot ...

Re: Possible FM Pirate in Windsor?

Are you sure this wasn't just a part 15 transmitter you were just passing by?

This Is Us tonight lasts 8 minutes longer than usual

Perhaps a pre or after-show? That or NBC is cashing in on the premiere and adding more commercials.

Edit: Aaand they cashed in and added more commercials. Figures.

Re: WHPS 15.1

Hell yeah. I never got it on rf33 but now that they switched to rf15 I get it no problem. I thought it was the result of Tropo for a bit but now I actually get it permanently.

Yeah. All of their original shows so far are reboots. I heard something about a new project from Michael Schur that's coming to it but that's about it.

Re: Giant TBA on tomorrow's NBC schedule

Not only that, there is an interesting difference at 10:00 PM tonight (Monday September 16) as WDIV's listings show "Dateline NBC" which usually airs at that time. However, taking a look at WNWO's schedule, they list the NBC Primetime Preview show from 10:00-11:00, which is interesting because that...

Giant TBA on tomorrow's NBC schedule

There's a TBA on the 11:34 pm slot that runs until 1:36 am. This is normally where The Tonight Show and Late Night are. Checked TV Guide and this isn't just on WDIV, it's also on other NBC affiliates. What could this be?

Re: WDIV delaying today's Tonight Show Episode.

In case you didn't hear, Fallon is going to be doing Tonight Show episodes right after football games on Sundays now. WDIV will be tape-delaying today's episode because news is on immediately after the game. WDIV didn't delay anything. NBC has scheduled the Sunday night Tonight Show s to air after ...

Re: Your best ever car radio?

Wow! That one looks great just by itself! In my opinion, that's a great way of using MDs. I've never seen such a setup to actually RECORD radio in the car Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk I actually still own it - I converted it into a stand-alone home stereo powered by a 12v source. Straight Talk is simply an MVNO. It doesn't have its own network, it uses other companies' networks.

Re: 9-11 remembrance

It’s important not only to remember the innocent that perished in the attacks on 9-11, but to also condemn the towel-head wearing, Allah-worshipping, genocidal, middle-Eastern freaks that committed the unimaginable. I lost loved ones in this attack, and I will never forget and never forgive. Those ...

Re: WDIV delaying today's Tonight Show Episode.

Johnny Carson, along with Ed McMahon, and Doc Severinsen was The Tonight Show, nothing else ever came close.... I would have agreed with you up until seeing how poorly Johnny's shows have aged in reruns (MeTV? Not sure which network was running them). I think Fallon does a fine job for a 2019 audie...

Re: Your best ever car radio?

It can sound good. Remember the inventor of FM touted the fact you could tell the difference between the sound of a crosscut saw or a rip saw. I think that qualifies as good. You can do that with a phone... They didn't have cell phones with near-flawless audio in 1933 Sent from my SM-G955U using Ta...
