Stream WIDL from Cass City via android or use rod.to/widl on apple or pc between 6A and midnight M-F. Small station. Very wide variety. Some of you may enjoy it.

Re: Snowmageddon?

I live on a north/north south road in the middle of empty farm fields. roads are for the most part clear, because it just blew across it. I'd be surprised if we got more than 5 inches (I know, I know...that's what she said). It was cold enough the snow just kept moving, even the main state routes we...

Snowmageddon?

Was anyone NOT predicting today's ending of the world, or did all the forecasters fall in line to scare the crap out of every school and county office and wet the lips of every lawyer?

Re: Grayling Rocker

Getting back to WIDL - if its intended audience enjoys the station, that's all that matters at the end of the day. Unpredictable stations like WIDL, M-106.3 in Greenville and Sunny 97.3 in Big Rapids are what make small town radio great! :) THIS! And I, for one, cannot wait until there are MORE loc...

As someone who helped flip the second Classic Rock station in the US, I disagree with your assessment.
As some one who can read a defintion, I disagree. 😊

Re: Grayling Rocker

Classic Rock is usually limited to 500 - 800 songs. This playlist is closer to 3000 songs... It's freeform or AOR. Classic Rock has no limit to song count; that is placed upon it by the programming entity. Although, I would agree with AOR. ;) Most consultants would disagree. Tightly tested librarie...

Re: WCRZ Calls Out Radio Shock Jock

Is it me? I'm missing where that is a joke about rape. It seems to be a joke maybe about having to put up with being around soroty girls or not wanting to date them or have sex with them. I don't see where anyone said anything about the app actually raping her. Do apes only rape their partners? I th...

Re: Grayling Rocker

I enjoy their variety, absolutely. However, I'd classify them more as a classic hits stations, but they would still color outside the lines on that...because not everything they play was a hit. As a small indie-station in a small market programmer myself, we have found turning the classic rock playl...

Peak? 0dfs? -6dbfs? Or RMS -12dbfs? What do you like?

What are your standards? What do you like?

Personally, I'm a 0dbfs peak kind of guy. It's just easier to work with, considering how music is comp/limited these days coming off the CDs.
