Re: Nurses “price gouging”

Yep, charging $100 an hour. https://nypost.com/2020/03/28/mercenary-nurses-get-big-bucks-to-work-in-nyc-during-coronavirus-outbreak/ But none of you losers will say anything about it because you have double standards and selective outrage. People are voluntarily agreeing on price based on the marke...

Re: 2020 Presidential Polls

March 28 Fox News General Election: Biden 49 Trump 40 Even a Conservative outlet that does decent polling is showing him as a big underdog. I think we may be seeing some people give him a little credit for his handling of the virus but not changing their minds about whether he should be there or no...

OUR President granted the major emergency declaration that our juvenile governor asked for 3-4 days after she should have: https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/local/michigan/2020/03/28/trump-approves-michigans-disaster-declaration-request/2932412001/ Looks like MAYBE she's had an attitude adjustm...

Re: Trump attacks our Governor?

Matt you can take any quote and turn it into a glory statement from the Cheeto master President Donald Trump on Friday attacked the governors of Washington and Michigan for not being appreciative enough to him during the coronavirus crisis. 'I think they should be appreciative,' he said during his ...

Re: Trump attacks our Governor?

So because of Whitmer's criticisms (some of which appear legitimate), Trump is going to screw over the good citizens of Michigan??? If that is indeed the case, Trump isn't the one who comes out looking good. That's not at all what he said: I love Michigan, one of the reasons we are doing such a GRE...

Re: What are you doing to help yourself and others cope with the current environment?

Which brewer? John Neidemaier has been brewing beer since 1992. He learned (before and) alongside Joe Short, opened Right Brain, trained the owners of 1/3 of the breweries in our area and in 2014 he had the vision to open a farm to pint brewery. He wins most of the taste tests he chooses to enter. ...

MW, I know you like a good battle, but you're fighting an idiot. He's another King Chuck.

Stick to people with valid perspectives, even the misguided ones.
Yeah, liberals like King Chuck are incredibly stupid.

Re: What are you doing to help yourself and others cope with the current environment?

Drinking beer and whiskey. Best I can do to cope. Amen, brother! You've got some great beer near you too! Let's see... Bought a keg for my kegerator from my favorite brewer. A group of my neighbors have a coop where we swap sterilized growlers of each other's beer. I support local farmers buying eg...

Re: What does it take to get banned from this board?

Is this board completely censor-free and whatever anybody posts is allowed? I'm asking and specifically referring to a person who continuously uses gay slurs. What is to stop someone else from using slurs against blacks? Would the N-word be allowed here? Can you call Jewish people kykes? (FTR I'm s...

Re: Are People In Line For Testing...

Are People In Line For Testing infecting uninfected people waiting in line for testing? Maybe? Why get tested unless you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive? I'm seriously not sure why this is a relevant question. Maybe hypochondriacs are at risk, but I don't...

Re: Why Isn't Michigan Delaying The STATE Income Tax Deadline From April 15?

Why are they dragging their feet on this? They say they are considering it. Why not acting? All you have to do is file for an extension, and pay your expected amount due by April 15, 2020, but why require that? People have more important issues now. I was thinking about this too.. many other states...
