Re: Trump Jury Selection

In a story I read yesterday extra measures to protect the jury members names are being taken so they are not threatened by MAGA. The jury argument is being raised for the argument if he is found guilty. He bitched on Truth Social that he should be entitled to unlimited strikes against proposed jury ...

Re: Name, Image, and Likeness

I early voted this week and had a list of every candidate who was using him in their campaigns and voted against them. So for that I thank them for using the Trump name. Also voted for Haley because I sure as hell wasn't supporting him.

Re: BBB

I find it hard to believe that banks have the time and waste the manpower to find out who is a christian and who is a republican.

According to what I have read the stabber was a man who suffered mental health issues. Authorities are not treating it as a terrorist situation

Re: Iran Pondering Attack of Israel

Another possible idea. Iran had to respond to the attack but did not want to start a major war in the middle east so they hatched this attack, warned it had started knowing full well it would be more or less useless. They show that they retaliated, it was repelled and neither side has anything else ...

Re: SCOTUS puts conservatives in a corner again.

I agree. Cut the subsides period. There is crop insurance for farmers. Last time we had a bad year in my area they got paid off at 695 dollars an acre. We are talking H*** farms. While not what they normally get for a season they were satisfied with the payout. Disaster assistance needs to stays but...

Re: SCOTUS puts conservatives in a corner again.

As I said I knew my opinion wouldn't be popular but I stand by it. You, in general, signed the papers and took the money and used it. No different than a mortgage or car loan. You have an obligation to pay it back so pay it back. If the debt is simply wiped out the message it sends is don't worry ab...

Re: SCOTUS puts conservatives in a corner again.

Then those who think it is a good idea should foot the bill. Those who don't should not have to pay from someone else so they can dodge an obligation they have.
