Ha - what a flashback!
For my 5th birthday my folks took me to be in his show audience. All the parents watched us thru a garage door window. The dozen or so kids jumped around while he sang his song.

In 1970 it was "WRS" and the broadcast was AM with limited range in the dorms. Their line was "Broadcasting from an old broom closet in Wadsworth Hall". I think WRS was on the low end of the AM band and WRSM (Wadsworth Radio Study Music) at 1600. WDHH was another dorms station. I don't recall "CO-ED...

It cost me $25+ to drive across Ohio and more again in Penn via their toll road interstate hiways.
Put toll gates at the state line on US23 and all the other major hiways .... and lease business space in the rest areas.

Here in Charlevoix the Kmart is in the final week of their close out sale. Everything is 90%+ off. The parking lot has been full - checkout lines stretch to the back of the store - checkout wait was 2 hours. One person defended waiting that long saying it was like earning $300/hr. The pharmacy close...
