Re: Michigan auto insurance reform - rate change sneak peek

You would add $19 to the $388 price and divide by 6 to get the monthly price.

Bear in mind prices will vary widely based on vehicle, driving record, zip code, and especially credit score.

Re: Michigan auto insurance reform - rate change sneak peek

AAA sent me a quote (unsolicited) for a post-July 2 policy, six month term, of $388! The catch is the PIP coverage was only $250k with no provision for attendant care.

For those willing to "risk it," that is a great price.

Michigan auto insurance reform - rate change sneak peek

Progressive and State Farm are now providing online quotes for policies starting on or after July 2. (Any policy start date prior to July 2 will be quoted using the "old" Michigan law.) Geico isn't providing any online quotes at the moment, whereas AAA is only providing online quotes under current l...

Re: Bill Harris' career, a lifetime of cop-supporting

Open RICO investigations on the major police unions, get rid of so-called "Qualified Immunity," and continue to reform civil asset forfeiture laws, and we'll see major progress in reducing abuses by law enforcement.

Re: THIS is why Justin Amash needs to be reelected to Congress

Our state economy would be in the crapper regardless. Did Whitmer add insult to injury by overreaching? Yes.

I'm much more displeased with Nessel.

Re: Transitioning to new graphics for WXYZ

The new graphics package is growing on me, too. I do like how the ABC logo is seamlessly incorporated into the Circle 7 logo , and I love the full screen segues. The weather graphics also look crisp. What don't I like? The side bars that appear when the anchor is on screen. Those look unrefined. The...

I'm not sure if his name will appear on ballots in the 3rd district or not.

THIS is why Justin Amash needs to be reelected to Congress

https://www.nytimes.com/reuters/2020/06/01/us/politics/01reuters-minneapolis-police-congress.html "Qualified Immunity" has spiraled out of control and has given malicious government employees (especially those in law enforcement) nearly the same type of immunity that is bestowed upon foreign diploma...

Re: Pro-justice

The U.S. Department of Justice needs to open RICO investigations on all major police unions, especially the Fraternal Order of Pigs -- err Police. Here is a good article from John Fund of National Review on how police unions help keep unfit officers on our streets: https://www.nationalreview.com/202...

Re: Any News On New WLLA OTA Signals?

Wow - we don't even have MeTV in HD here in Detroit. WDIV (channel 4) carries it on 4.3, I think, and does so in measly 480i.

Every time I turn on Decades, Dick Cavett seems to be on. LOL

Re: Detroit Protests coverage

Has anyone from Mr. Floyd's family stepped forward and called for an end to this insanity? I've had to turn off all media it was breaking my heart so may have missed it.
Yes, they have, although I don't know if any family members have appeared on camera.
