Re: There have been 334 days and 351 mass shootings this yea
So in your mind, the constitution trumps the scriptures? I am trying to figure out the logic here. I am for a new interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. P.S. Go start another thread about the Anti Abortion thing. We are now up to 336 days and over 360 mass shootings. Real Time Tracking of Mass Shootin...

Re: Front page of 12/03's NY Daily News
More evidence that Politics (State) and Faith (Church) don't mix. I have been abundantly clear about my distaste for anyone trying to manipulate faith for clearly political purposes. The bible doesn't mention gun rights. The headline is a riff off of the Indy Star's outrage over another over-zealous...

Re: There have been 334 days and 351 mass shootings this yea
Gotta love the Evangelical movement: concerned about life right up to birth, then it's a blind eye to things that might encroach on the 2nd amendment. So if some of these victims were pregnant, then you would be outraged?

There have been 340 days and 353 mass shootings this year
Does this strike anyone else as completely ridiculous? Real time mass shootings tracker There have been at least 351 mass shootings so far this year, according to news reports collected by a reddit community that tracks these incidents. The reddit tracker defines mass shootings as incidents in which...

Will you feel the same way when the domestic terrorists start targeting white churches instead of schools and theaters?audiophile wrote:I'm no gun freak by any means but they are here to stay. Get over it.
As far as cannabis, it's coming, especially to Michigan.

Re: Hillary Marines?
So they support the belief of 97.5% of all scientists and that makes them liberal? That's a stretch. New York Times public editor Margaret Sullivan believes the paper is making progress when it comes to using the more accurate term "denier" -- rather than "skeptic" -- to refer to those who reject th...

Re: It's High Time For College Reform
It is a serious flaw in your logic to believe that you can determine a person's intelligence or highest academic achievement level by their politics. You have done that again and again. What politics? If you have the intellect to read a graph, knock yourself out. I still contend if you don't have a...

I don't know about that, venison is a less synthetic food that is obtained with guns. Yes it is a great source for protein, vs commercial beef, pork or poultry. Bow's are a safe alternative for harvesting them. http://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapids/index.ssf/2013/12/database_search_all_weapons-re_...

Re: It's High Time For College Reform
Ask him to get his dog to stop barking... Speaking of High Potency Canibus. You have completely lost me here. We are talking about the benefits of a college education, not about dogs or Sage. But while we are polling other members, why not ask Metalhead and his thoughts on how college has affected ...

I heard drugs lowers your inhibitions, that's good case for keeping them off the store shelfs. Stay focused, my point is that Pot is less harmful than other things not being regulated. It certainly does reduce inhibitions, just like guns increase the opportunity of death. I'd give up on the legaliz...
