Has anyone given the podcast a listen? Some really interesting hints in the first episode. Hank had no comment when asked if he talks to Karen Drew still. Spike doesn’t speak to mojo. We are going to get alot of Detroit media dirt on this podcast.

Is WXYZ ever getting a new studio? The studio has been essentially the same since 2010 with minor changes of monitors and video walls. WDIV and WJBK have both had brand new studios since than and WXYZ is stuck in the 2010’s. Will they ever update?

Just now noticing. The new set main desk has reflectors on it that shows the cameraman’s shoes on the air. It is very distracting. Why would they put this desk on the set. Also the camera angles they use are so awkward with the new desk.

Meteorologist Bryan Schuerman posted a photo on his Facebook a few days ago and it was the local 4 News desk in front of a green screen. Looks like a temporary studio? Is wdiv redoing their permanent studio? Surprising if they are as it isn’t that old?

I happened to be on iheart’s website and noticed 96.3 WDVD came up as one of there stations? Did they just squire this? Wasn’t WDVD cumulus?
