1470 aired Whitmer games when I worked there in the late 90s. Don King had the call, then was right back in Saturday mornings for his weekly show.

If they could/can move to 107.1, I am surprised such a thought never came up while they were originally trying to get on the air. They'd probably have much less interference to contend with, rather than the Cleveland and Detroit stations that potentially can do them harm now.

They were my first choice for news during my UT years. I remember all the names you mentioned, and Stan Stachak was a staple in those days too. It looks like they have the full special as well as several clips on their website. Look forward to watching those.

Great to see. Love when local radio thrives, and I hope that's the case for Amherstburg. I'd love to visit the area some day.
(Side note: @windsor, do all the big Cleveland FMs come in 24/7 in Kingsville? I'd believe it depending on how far I've heard them in other directions in Ohio.)
