From what I understand they have to pay a royalty to the company that owns the trademark for Action News in order to use it and that’s probably the culprit.

Watched 4 news this evening and the desk is horrible and looks awkwardly uncomfortable for the anchors as the desk is so small for all them to sit next to each other.
