His attorney was asked to cite case law during the hearing and could not. He then told the judge that Trump was responding to posts made to him but could not produce those posts. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the feds review this case prior and decide to not prosecute? This is like if some state charged Hillary Clinton with state-level crimes tied to federal-level felonies over her handling of classified emails after Loretta Lynch had already decided not to prosecute....

From what I understand they have to pay a royalty to the company that owns the trademark for Action News in order to use it and that’s probably the culprit.
