Re: Senate Trump Trial

I thought the left hated Bolton. Suddenly he has credibility? They don’t like him but he was there and they’d like to hear what he has to say... McConnell admits he does not have the votes to block witnesses as of now. Several of the vulnerable Republicans (the Senate is very much in play) must be ...

It's made in Japan.

Re: Kwame Pardon?

Karmanos said Trump would have an incentive for commuting Kilpatrick's sentence before the presidential election. He said the former mayor could campaign on Trump's behalf in Michigan. :lol That's the most ridiculous thing I've read in a long time. Maybe this guy is really a never-Trump republican ...

Re: Kobe Bryant...

I was just reading that apparently Kobe was a devout Catholic... I didn’t know that. Eerily he had just been to mass and taken communion a couple hours before the accident.

LL - There's a time and a place for everything, and the fact that you still don't recognize that this thread was neither the time nor the place for your post (and subsequent trolling) renders anything I would respond with as pointless, so I won't waste my breath. All I'll say is, RIP Kobe. “There’s...

Re: On a scale of 0-10, how worried are you about coronavirus?

China is a bassackward country. I friend went there to adopt a girl, she said "it's a dirty, nasty country". Have you traveled, or know friends or family, that have traveled in Europe? I am hearing more and more say that Europe is getting the same way. Filthy. Dirty. Not pleasant to be in. I've nev...

Re: One Person, One Vote

Completely disagree and it you want to abolish that, then states should be able to leave the union. Canada can take NY Who cares who takes California. Im really trying to come up with anything nice to say about NY and think it just drags down the rest of the country. Both are pretty good reasons as...

I think he is barred from public office in Michigan.

How can you pay it back while in prison?

Kwame is one the reasons Duggan won. Even people of Detroit were tired of the corruption.
He had money and lots of it to pay restitution when he went in.

Did he ever repay what was due??
I thought there was a hefty restitution on his deal but I don’t think we ever heard the outcome of his paying or not...
