Analyzing stations using the metro "snapshot" is like writing a book report using the back of the book. Read the actual book and you'll get a drastically different story.

It's always a sign that a station is struggling when they put Bob & Tom on the air...at least in my experience in several markets. The poorest performing rock station always had Bob & Tom.

A rotating door of morning shows every few months and now they're adding Z's castoff? It feels like a changing of the tides to me!

Almost a full week in the books. Z93 sounds a lot better than it did before! I love the mix of throwbacks with currents.

Considering how poorly CHR is performing nationally I think it's a move in the right direction. Still some improvement to be made, but the station sounds pretty good so far.

So, the ownership invoked a mass exodus and now they present us with this? What the heck is going on at the Comma!? It will take some getting used to, but it will never be good.

If they keep that far-too-old for the demo morning show and remain CHR, the changes will be a waste of time.

The post says to listen to that show on February 1st, so I assume they are keeping it.

I am shocked anyone listens to terresterial radio anymore; especially in Northern Michigan. The ads and the stations are horrible. It's basically Christian, Oldies, 70's, Country, and NPR. I go nuts when I don't have my SiriusXm in the car; or when my car is in the shop. The Ads are awful; one stat...

Considering the longevity of most jocks on Biederman's stations, they don't let people go very often. There must be a very good reason.

That'll happen when you rely heavily on voice-tracking and syndication.
