Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Oh and I think they must have seen our Adele complaints because I no longer hear her every 3 hours lol.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Thank God. And I thought I was just blowing my Adele complaints into the wind. One of my least favorite artists of modern time.

I mean, I like "hello", but that's about it. "Rolling in the deep" was good too, but I don't want to hear it on The Breeze.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
OMG, I have a great song that I have not heard in like 10 years on FM.
Do you guys remember this one?
"Back For Good" by Take That (1995)
It would sound PERFECT !

I want to request that they REMOVE "Wicked Games" by Chris Isaak from the playlist.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
Most everyone on this song request page must really love 70’s tunes because the last 4 or 5 entries are all 70’s music now my next question is what age group are all of you I myself grew up in the 60’s and 70’s graduated in 1973 and could not stand my parents 40’s and 50’s music just curious about the younger demographic perhaps discovering older-music is that what’s happening here.

I'm 34 and have been listening to this music my whole life. This music is not a new discovery for me.

I was born in 1967 so that would kind of make me an 80's kid. However roughly around 1986 I gravitated towards 70's music and kind of stayed there. I spend my college years listening to Van Morrison, Little Feat, Warren Zevon, Grateful Dead, etc. However I also liked REM, Husker Du and 10,000 Maniacs.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
I’ve always believed and maybe because it’s my growing up years but the 70’s were the greatest decade for music but than again that my opinion ,I’m not saying 60’s were bad they were great and I love the New Wave 80’s as well I remember listening to WLBS 102.7 during the New Wave craze and to New Music WABX all around ‘82 and’83 great stuff .Also enjoyed Early 90’s when 89X started the New Music format around 1991 that was all great radio.

Re: 98.7 Song Requests
I hate that song. When I heard it, I turned the radio off and ended my work day.
