Is WILX still running an analog channel? When consulting TV Guide, I see this:

When they went digital, they chose to remain on RF Channel 10. They also now simulcast all signals on RF Channel 29 (WLMN-LD), which has a fairly robust signal from a tower at Pennsylvania and 496,

That might just be their analog cable position in the area...
