OK. That's it for me. From now on I'll be buying No Name Soy Sauce instead of No Name Soy Sauce.
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.

Never scrimp on soy sauce! Bought the store brand once and lived to regret it. Kikkoman at all times. I can't stress this enough.

If you can find Yamaruko, (not sure if I have the spelling right) you will never use Kikkoman again.

One of my favorites. Osso Bucco. Although veal shanks and lamb shanks are the most commonly used. I did this one with pork shanks. Less than half the cost per pound and every bit as good!
