Whatever happened to DJ Allison Hart on 97 WLAV FM in Grand Rapids during the 80's decade?? Did she retire??

To answer both of your questions. Allison unfortunately passed away I believe last summer in a drowning accident in her back yard pool in Rockford. As for Tim, last I knew he was doing IT/computer work for channel 8 and is occasionally seen on the air during news casts.
