Got it from Dave "Mad Dog" (yes, the ORIGINAL Mad Dog) Downing in my LCC days. I lost the cassette for the longest time, and ran across it about a year ago. It's a gem for sure!

BTW, I didn't realize that 4shared was requiring a login (probably due to limited bandwidth on my free account). I've uploaded it to another file-sharing service. This one should play right off the bat:
