Kind of wondered that too. And, gotta wonder - what with Star's higher paid morning show taken from WCSG - what CC is thinking about ONE single male w/ no kids - no co-host - in his young 30s whose repeatedly beating them, and several other morning shows. It can't just be the Jesus card, can it? What's that all about?

Basic fundamental radio. He just relates to the listener. He doesn't get lost with dumb stuff. He doesn't try to be funny. He keeps it very simple without sounding boring.

It's not just Christians that listen but people that want news, traffic and weather without all the dumb stuff in between.

For all the reasons above, I have become a fan of the WGHN morning show.

One thing about WGHN it is very local. WHTC is another one that does a good job serving the city of license. Muskegon's 103.7 is a local voice, but it is very obvious it is a minority voice.

Does 1530 do any live programming? Whenever I tune in, it is nothing but music.
