My question is, in the modern age of comedy, how do you program a terrestrial comedy station without risking FCC fines? I mean, many popular comics use what could be termed as "profanity" and "obscene content". I couldn't see them playing a Lewis Black or George Carlin cut without bleeping the hell out of it, which of course, ruins it. Do they just stick to the "clean" comics?

I've only tuned in twice. One of those two times, they were playing Jerry Seinfeld.

So, yes, I'd say they probably stick to the "clean" stuff, for the most part. Not the type of stuff you'd normally hear during one of Comedy Central's roasts.

Ewww....bland. I wonder if they can air some of the "racy" stuff after 10pm.

There is an overload of pot humor on there that's for sure. That said, I like to tune in occasionally and always laugh when I do. Mission accomplished.

I listen occasionally. They have been on the air for at least six months. Some of the comedy is good, but much has been recorded off mike in clubs and is difficult to understand. (Especially on an AM signal) With some promotion dollars it might make a minor dent. Bottom line, it's run by a computer, very small costs to keep it on the air, and probably makes a few bucks. It's a high end AM station. What more could you ask for?

Am I the only one who just hates the high-pitched female voice who does most of the back selling of the comics?
