---For those that defend Zimmerman and say he should walk: So if I'm walking down the street by someone's house and some dumb redneck perceives me as a "threat" because I'm walking past his frontyard, he has the right to take matters into his own hands and confront me. And if I fight back he can shoot me dead and walk free and claim "Stand Your Ground"?????? Even after he calls 9/11 and dispatcher tells him NOT to go after me???? Sounds like a pretty sick, twisted sense of "justice".

Because he was a black kid, who smoked some dope, had a couple of run in's with school authorities and "looked" like he was up to no good... while walking through a neighborhood, talking on a cell phone carrying an ice tea and some candy.

Yeah.

But if he was a white and this happened? You bet the conservatives would be scream reverse racism by the millions with Faux News leading the charge.

No, it would be ignored and Al Sharpton and Jesse would be nowhere to be found. Why? It's ok for blacks and latinos to shoot whites (and each other) so it would have been stuffed down into a ten minute soundbite at the end of the newscast.

The problem with the left is that they view minorities as drones who can't think for themselves. That's where Al and Jesse swoop in and make their millions by keeping the black man down and under their thumbs. Heaven forbid a free-thinking, intelligent, successful black person (Herman Cain, Allen West, Condoleeza Rice, Alan Keyes among many) who get called Uncle Toms and anti-black, because they don't support traditional 'I'm black so I'm a victim' mentalities. I mean come the fuck on. What about the black kids here in Kansas City where I live that followed a white boy home, doused him in gasoline, shouted kill whitey, and set him on fire? Had the situation been reversed, it would have been an explosive story for months. I saw nothing on anything other than local news sources about this. But when some thug kid who viciously attacks a 'white' guy and is then tragically killed in self defense, it's the end of the world. It IS a tragedy, and shouldnt have come to that. But since liberals and critical and rational thought don't mix together, this is what we have.

I want to know where the outrage from the black community is? I want to know why they are victimizing their own even though it was such a heinous crime? As a rightist, I don't look at society in color and neither do 99% of other rightists. The left sees everything in black or white, whereas the right sees everything in gray. Additionally, equal rights don't mean special rights.
