Depending on who you listen to, it's either going to be close or a Landslide for Romney. I don't think this is 1980 but more like 1992, meaning were comming out of(slowly) a bad recssion, things are better then they were in 2009 but the housing market still stinks and the economy still is bad in some parts of the country. It is getting better but people just don't feel it.

Meanwhile, if we get another divided government then things could go right back in the crapper since it will be even more girdlock if Obama wins a 2nd term but gets a GOP Senate. If either party gets all 3 then they are just going to do what they want. Democrats want more spending, more stimulus, single payer health care, VS GOP is going to want more tax cuts, privateization of things, more hawkish military policy.

Everyone I talk to says it's going to be close like 2004,2000,1916,1976, VS I also hear 40 state landslide for Romney. My workplace is seems to be very anti Obama, one of the people in managment I over heard one day even went as far to say if Obama gets another term we could have lay off's(not so sure about that).

There are no good ones available.

Well, what running mate will result in a significant net positive? What one could beat Biden in a debate?

Obama will take it no problem. I think people have seen the true face of the Tea Party and cannot believe they voted for such nonsense.

Chris Christie possibly might be good. Any of the others seem to dull or too crazy.

Oh people are going to love the video of his fat ass not being able to walk a couple feet and having to take his limo to his helicopter and of him telling voters to shut up.

Not trying to set you up here or anything Audio, who do you think would make a good VP for them? I honestly cannot think of anyone who will be a net positive.

I'll put my two cents in, although I'm most likely setting myself up.

If it were my choice I would pick Sen. Rob Portman from Ohio.

1. Ohio is a swing state and he does very well there.

2. His stints as director of the Office of Management and Budget as well as U.S. Trade Representative give him additional "creds" to add to his time in the House and Senate.

3. He looks and ACTS, presidential

4. He'd whup Biden in a debate worse than Bensten beat Quayle.

Yeah... Ohioans are thrilled with republicans right now, look at Kasich!

I don't think that helps. Him explaining holding wars off budget, plus having the Bush stink on him, people who don't have a constant loop of Fox News playing in their heads are still unhappy about Bush. Worst president in the post-WWII era. Won't help, won't help. Further, isn't he all for the Ryan budget and against women's rights? Have fun scaling that hill!

I remember hearing this about someone else. What was her name...?

You keep believing that, buddy. Biden's brighter than the goofy youtube gaffes let on. He might not completely bury Portman like he would most others, but you can bet Biden will smack him around pretty good.
