Thanks, Ringtail...I believe it may have been out of KZoo, but I will check out that site!

That would be the NPR station out of Western Michigan University, WMUK. It is a 50k stick... however you won't hear Adele or Manfred Mann. Judging from the time of your posts, I don't think you walked into WMUK... they have limited music shows that center around mainstream (classic) jazz, etc.

The station playing Adele could have been WDOK Cleveland, a mainstream AC.

Today WYDR (94.3) out of Neenah-Menasha stopped the scan, along with a few other weaker Green Bay area stations (94.7, 104.3, 104.9, 106.7, 107.5). I knew I picked up that station when I tuned into its semi-local simulcast WZDR (99.7) and heard the same song. Also, no sign of WCCW on 107.5.

Yes it does. I often pick up 90.7, 93.3, 94.5, 95.7, 96.5, 97.3, 99.1, 100.7, 102.9 (despite local in same direction on 102.7), 103.7 (despite 100kW local on 103.5), 106.1 (despite local in same direction on 106.3), and 107.7 out of Milwaukee. WIIL is less frequent up in Manistee due to a country station out of Marinette being on 95.1, but I often hear it when I'm at college. What surprises me is how often 104.5 out of Sheboygan (and its translator at 96.1) is picked up in Manistee. When I was at Grand Haven a few weeks ago, I got quite a few Chicago stations right on the beach.
