Yes, I know, I'm one of the 47 people that has HD radio...however....need to check out The Planet (96.3 HD2.) I had read that 96.3 HD2 was Alt Classics...When I got my first HD radio (came with VW Jetta) in February of this year I was disappointed to see that WDVD dropped the Alternative classics and flipped to 'New Music'. Not sure why, but I decided to sample it again today and noticed that the planet was back on air. I was a big fan when 96.3 had the format back around 2000. Very pleased with choices like this on my HD!

Anyone know if this can be streamed on a mobile app? I couldn't find it on Iheart or Tuned In (only 96.3 on both apps, no HD2.)

I have been listening to the Planet on HD2 also. 106.7 also has a fairly decent hd2 channel.

I've noticed a significant tweak to the format. Still playing the alternative classics but mixing a great deal of 80's / 90's pop. George Michael, Cyndi Lauper, etc. They also played Biz Markie the other day (hardly an alternative classic.)

Can you give me some other names from the 90's other than the pop? It might almost be time to get an HD radio. Time to get my HDTV first. I feel a thread coming on...
