Re: WEXL FM 104.3

Does anyone remember when 104.3 changed the calls from WEXL to WOMC, any ideas on what year that took place ? I remember. It was a Wednesday. I was getting ready to tune in my favorite show "Happy the Clown and his cast of Gay Men". But just before the show, a special program of speeches and music ...

Re: SXM Holiday Traditions

I'm one who always objects to Christmas music starting weeks ahead of the holiday. But I enjoy it at Christmas time. And I always appreciated that the Holiday Traditions channel continued right up the New Years day. This morning I turned it on and it's gone already. It is still available on their s...

Re: Yule Log vs. News

As far as whether or not there's an audience, you must not have kids who drag you out of bed to unwrap presents and want breakfast before daylight for one day only. Call me old fashioned or take any personal attacks you'd like, but if you value having a strong news presence, you don't take it off a...

Re: Underwood Out

I always liked Kyle Underwood's presentation style. I guess I don't understand the animosity toward him. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. The animosity is from people watching from mother's basement. Good luck in the future, kyle, I mean graham I am not Kyle! I'm actually Terri.

Re: Kudos To WNEM 5 For Having An Afternoon Newscast Christmas Eve

Oh, definitely! And Christmas Day, too! Because, who would know about a petting zoo outside the viewing area (western Michigan) wanting old Christmas trees for goat food? https://www.wnem.com/news/petting-zoo-asks-for-old-christmas-trees-to-feed-goats/ Oh, and a lady in Saginaw Township has a Chris...

Yep, just because it's holiday time doesn't mean news doesn't happen! Thanks to WNEM for having an afternoon newscast on Christmas Eve. Can't say the same for the so called "news leader" up north.
Yes! Because otherwise we would have to get a life and do something productive during that time.

Re: Two Anchors Out at WLNS

What's up with this place? First a culture of sexual harassment is exposed, and now this? Now all they have to do is switch back to WJIM and it'll be 1972 all over again.

Re: Yule Log vs. News

Sad state of affairs when TV5 decides it would rather air a Yule Log program instead of news. Says a lot about the lack of respect the current management has toward its news team. At least some of us will get to stay home Christmas morning. SMH The only people who would want to watch the news on Ch...
